There is no clean water, over 90% of Gaza's water infrastructure has been destroyed. Her family walks kilometers through rubble just to carry back barely enough. Without water, skin cannot be washed. Mites, bacteria, and sweat build up every single day.

Families sleep crowded together. Skin disease spreads instantly. It already has, the rash has now reached other family members around Maryam, and the demand for treatment has multiplied. There is still no appropriate medication. And Maryam is already immunocompromised.

Every problem feeds the next. 

We are raising funds for medication, specialist care, and clean water, not just for Maryam, but for the whole family suffering alongside her.

Everything in Gaza is scarce. Everything is expensive. And none of this is slowing down on its own.
