Update from Council. 

Dear Mr Findlay

Thank you for your email regarding a petition.

Petitions can be submitted at the Council’s full council meetings where the lead petitioner would be allowed up to 3 minutes to speak to present their petition. The next full council meeting where this could be presented is the 26 June. To register this petition for that meeting, we would need the lead petitioners full name, address and contact details please. The petition itself must have the name, valid address and a physical signature (not computer generated) of at least 10 government electors. If the petition does not contain this information, we will be unable to accept it.     End. 

I will therefore be requesting signatures to the petition for submission to Council. If you would like to add your signature, please let me know by message via this forum. I will then  organise a list by email which could then be signed.
