As an American citizen, I am deeply concerned about the proposed ban on TikTok by our government. This action is not just a threat to our freedom of expression but also infringes upon our constitutional rights. The ban could potentially lead to a class-action lawsuit against the government, with each user claiming $4,000,000 for emotional damages and infringement of rights.

Not only dose the government have no authority or actual factual evidence to support their claims or allegations which is in fact hearsay and hearsay is not Immensible in the Court of Law. There are apps/websites that they aren't worried about that are in fact selling our information collected on their platforms to foreign advisories prime examples of them being Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. But we do have a couple of other apps/websites that collect way more data and information and that prime example is Temu which is in fact a Chinese owned company. They collect addresses, email, our buying habits, credit cards, credit reports and so much more vs TikTok an American owned company yes it does have a parent company being bytedance also a Chinese owned company, however that being said let's break that down in business terms. So in the United States we have company that parent other companies does that mean they share all information no, the are independent from one another they have their own board members, LLC, tax information, EIN, CEO, Owners it's just like you investing taking stock in a company does that mean you have rights to all information collected no prime examples of company's that have a parent company are Walmart and Sam's club, Verizon Wireless and total by verizon and tracfone and so many more.

I want to add the fact is that TikTok is not the threat here its citizens we the people becoming united under one platform that is the threat to the government because they themselves want us to be divided and unprepared when they make their agendas clear. I wabt to also include that it citizens making money also they want their cut too even tho they get a paycheck in the millions they are just evil people.

The point is the government is braking federal law no one is above the law period. They have no authority to disrupt the american people the citizens who they have took an oath to uphold all freedoms all rights of its citizens which again is breaking another federal law these people have no freedoms, liberty or justice because they were elected or appointed by We The People in one way or another which makes them public servants but also they have no authority to infringe on the american people rights or pursuit of happiness the declaration of independence is not only a remarkable fact of the separation between the United States of America and Great Britain but it separates us we the people from our government so that they cannot have a dictatorship or control over the people in the pursuit of happiness.

This country is a Republic to which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all. This country is not a democracy or dictatorship.

If the government dose ban TikTok that would be in fact be domestic terrorism that is infringing on rights of We The People as our constitution states clearly but it also is against the declaration of independence and then will make the government in fact domestic terrorists for suppressing the american people and citizens infringement of our independence, rights, fundamental rights, human rights, civil rights, constitutional rights, the right of choice, freedom of expression, and so much more.

TikTok has become more than just an entertainment platform; it's a space where millions of Americans express their creativity and connect with others. Banning this platform would be equivalent to suppressing these voices. We must remember that we are a nation built on principles such as liberty and justice for all and our fundamental rights, human rights, & Our decoration of independence.

Our ancestors fought hard for these rights, making sacrifices that we should never forget. As citizens who have pledged allegiance to our flag and what it stands for - one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all - we need to stand united against this suppression.

The Constitution protects our right to free speech (First Amendment), which includes digital platforms like TikTok where people can express themselves freely. We cannot let this right be taken away from us without putting up a fight.
