I live in Jersey City, a lively community with a unique charm that holds a special place in my heart. However, a common sentiment in our community highlights a significant frustration: the PATH service, especially during weekends and nights, is incredibly lacking.

Currently, the wait time on a Friday night is around 40 minutes, which is unwarranted and unacceptable. The sparse service also results in overly crowded trains that border on a stampede, which could result in bodily harm and dangerous situations.

We demand that the NJ Port Authority address this issue as a matter of urgency for the well-being and convenience of all residents. The strong ridership data reinforces our position - but beyond data, it takes one look at the train at 2 am on Saturday to see the urgent need for more frequent trains.
