Hi Everyone,
I would like to thank Mark Robinson from the Irish News to allow the campaign to be in their platform. I also like to give thanks to Frank Mitchell from U105fm for his time this morning to allow me to speak about this important matter.
It's looking like we are in another week of this online protest. With the local media gaining attention into this, we could be seeing the start of the pressure being pushed into the DFI Minister and DFI and that's ideally what we need to make our points across.
In the Irish News Article, The minister had asked her officials to consider the viability of extending free travel to disabled people, at this time there is no current decisions at this stage. I said in the interviews that I am embarrassed, I am still embarrassed that our rights has been put on hold.
My message to everyone including politicians and activists is to please keep cranking the pressure up to the DFI because we can't have this embarrassment running for any longer then it should've been and please keep the pressure up in order to achieve free public transport for disabled people.
