I know it's been a few months since our last update, and I will admit that this petition has lost momentum in that time period. HOWEVER, I have news for us that could potentially help this movement. Recently, Maximum Entertainment has put Maximum Football 2024 up on Steam, and it is currently on open early access, and this could be a game that, if done right, could end up competing well with other football games. Granted, because it is in early access, it may not be in the best state, but that's where we need to step in. This is a link to their Discord server, and within that server is a feedback channel, which has the kind of purpose you would expect. The best part of this game is that it's free to play, and rather than being forced to buy in-game currency, you can still earn said currency by simply playing. Money was spent to boost the spread of this petition, so if any of you can find any way to donate towards the development of this game, PLEASE DO SO! Also, please contribute to making NFL mods for this game, along with maybe some NCAA mods. We want this game to be competitive with EA, even if it seems like a David vs. Goliath situation. The more we are able to contribute, the better chance this game has of succeeding.
