Well, we've just reached around 50 signatures for this petition, and it's only been about 3 hours! While I am grateful for the people that signed, we still have a lot of work to do if we even want a chance of this petition's goal to be fulfilled. Here are the two most important things we need to do, as of right now:

• Spread the Word: Whether it's texting people you know, sharing the link on social media sites, or even chipping in/promoting on the site, we need as much voice on this issue as possible. 50 signatures in 3 hours is great, but 50 signatures by itself is not going to be a big enough outcry for either the NFL or Electronic Arts to notice, so it is crucial that this movement is spread to all corners of the internet. Also, if you see any petitions or movements similar to this, regarding the NFL and EA, sign and share those, too! We need as many people we can get for this to have a shot at working.

• DO NOT BUY THE GAMES: While it is important that we gain enough backlash against EA for its lousy Madden games, it will mean NOTHING if we keep buying their products. Even if it seems hard, we need to boycott the games too, since all EA and the NFL truly care about is gaining money. Don't buy the Madden games, don't spend money on Madden Ultimate Team, and overall, do not give Electronic Arts/EA Sports a single penny worth of your money. EA can, has, and will deal with bad PR, but a loss of profit would mean that they would have to take more extreme measures, which gives us a better chance at us succeeding.

Overall, sign and share the petition, but don't spend your money on EA. I won't lie and say that this isn't a lofty goal, but it's not impossible. Thank you, and have a good day!
