As an independent artist, I have lost hundreds of hours of render time due to the resolution limitations in Nuke Indie. This issue is not unique to me but is a widespread problem faced by many indie artists who cannot afford the yearly NukeX license.

Nuke Indie's current output restriction requires us to crop our images into tiles and painstakingly stitch them back together in After Effects - a process that is not only inconvenient but also time-consuming and inefficient.

The Foundry, as a leading software company for visual effects, should be at the forefront of supporting indie artists by providing tools that are accessible and efficient. By allowing unlimited resolution output in Nuke Indie, they would significantly reduce the production time and costs for indie artists.

We understand there may be business reasons behind this limitation; however, we believe that lifting this restriction can lead to more creative freedom for independent artists and ultimately foster growth within the visual effects industry.
