Information about I-270 completion of additonal lanes in 2012

MoDOT denied me access to public records for the project identified as St. Louis Route: MO 141 Job No: 6U0807 Relocate/construct Rte. 141 from Rte. 40 to Rte. 340, (Olive Blvd). I have decided to put forth an effort to collect information and inform the public about the addition of lanes on I-270, a project completed in 2012.
