My brother James and I are survivors from Medicine Lodge, KS. We were both subjected to the horrors of child sexual abuse by the same offender Chris Allen Hrencher formerly Chris Hicklin our stepmother. This individual single-handedly destroyed our innocence, leaving invisible scars that are impossible to heal completely. We have carried the torment and pain she inflicted upon us through out our lives. 

However, our predator still walks free, untouched by the justice she rightfully deserves. We have reported our case to the authorities, yet no significant action has been taken. This is not just our story – it is the story of countless other innocent victims in our community whose pleas for justice are ignored.

It is heartbreaking that in the US, every 9 minutes, Child Protective Services finds evidence for a claim of child sexual abuse, as recorded by RAINN, a respected organization committed to preventing such atrocities. We consider it incredibly crucial to bring such offenders to justice to break the hideous pattern of abuse.

Through this petition, we urge our county attorney in Medicine Lodge, KS, USA, to take immediate action and prosecute this pedophile stringently. Our community cannot afford to have such dangerous criminals roaming freely, posing a constant threat to the innocence of our children.
