The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) plays a crucial role in providing guidance and support to behavior analysts. However, there is currently no direct phone line for credential holders to access this much-needed assistance. Turnaround time for responses from email and the online contact portal are very delayed, often taking several weeksk to receive responses on crucial, time-sensitive matters.

This lack of direct contact can lead to delays and inefficiencies that could impact the quality of care provided by these professionals. This aligns with our ethics code which emphasizes timely and effective communication. Therefore, we urge the BACB to establish a direct contact phone number for credential holders as soon as possible, or at minimum, significantly decrease response times for the online contact portal and email responses.
