For those of us living in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, the lack of a full-service mall is more than just an inconvenience; it's a barrier to access. We are currently without the convenience and variety that such an establishment would bring. This is not just about shopping - it's about job opportunities, economic development, and community growth.

SM Holdings has been instrumental in transforming communities across the Philippines with their malls. According to data from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), these establishments have significantly boosted local economies by creating jobs and attracting tourism.

Our city deserves this kind of development too. With over 49 thousand residents as per 2015 census by PSA, we have both the need and potential customer base for such an establishment. Moreover, Vigan City is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which attracts tourists from all over the world who could also benefit from such facilities.

We ask SM Holdings to consider our city for their next project site. By doing so they will not only be investing in infrastructure but more importantly they will be investing in our community—creating jobs and providing services that we currently lack.
