Urge Shopee/Lazada to reconsider their contract with Flash Express

The Issue

Shopee Philippines and Lazada Philippines have both partnered with Flash Express for their delivery services. Unfortunately, many customers have faced repeated delivery delays, with packages incorrectly labeled as “failed deliveries” due to recipient unavailability—even when someone was available to accept them. This causes frustration, inconvenience, and erodes trust in these platforms.

As loyal customers, we expect timely and accurate delivery, as well as honest communication from the companies we rely on. The ongoing issues with Flash Express’ service management are damaging both to users and to the reputations of Shopee and Lazada.

  • We want Shopee Philippines and Lazada Philippines to publicly acknowledge these delivery problems and clearly communicate how they will address them.
  • We want both marketplaces to review their contracts with Flash Express and take concrete steps to improve delivery reliability, including considering alternative partners if needed.
