"Predators Don't Like Attention”
Takes Center Stage
On Leap Day under the Southern California sun, along the bustling Walk of Fame where stars and footprints are admired and photographed, inside the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre a foundation-shaking Hollywood World Premier took to the big screen.
This documentary puts the spotlight on a Goliath-like reality facing untold thousands of Americans. "Predators Don't Like Attention" is much more than a 73 minute feature documentary; it's an urgent call to action, an SOS and a dire message.
Who am I? Emmanuel Lee, an LA-based actor and filmmaker, a native of Oak Park in Sacramento, California, a Southern University alum and a retired DoD architect. Equipped with acting and filmmaking experience, I relocated to realize my Hollywood dream.
First, I would not attempt this production without a tight relationship with Jesus. At first I ran from it, until I realized Jesus had given me a mission for the first time. So I can’t fail at the only thing I’ve been given to do. This documentary was completed with less crew and funding than budgeted, and finished early. But its the STORY - so big and relevant to every American with a heartbeat and an aversion to pain and disease.
I thought I was alone in this situation for over a year, which allowed independent thinking to develop, engaging the justice system’s complaint process, lawyers and contacting my elected representatives. Nothing provided relief from the airborne attacks, including the near rubber-stamped denials by DOJ of my rights claims. Once I discovered I was not alone, that there is a growing undercurrent adding Americans, this situation became a huge opportunity to reveal this epidemic and turn it back peacefully using awareness and outrage as the vaccine. Especially since I haven’t done anything wrong legally to warrant such cruel and unusual treatment.
In this first-of-its-kind documentary, I hip the nation to the silent shots fired by law enforcement aircraft using Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). Helicopters and small planes overhead unleash electromagnetic fields (EMF) on law-abiding Americans.
This documentary serves as an unfiltered testimony from the POV of one of untold thousands of targeted Americans confronting this sinister reality, pushing it to the forefront of public awareness.
The Best Editing Feature Documentary award by the 2024 Golden State Film Festival is a clear milestone of this push. This pivotal win rewards filmmaking bravery and the documentary's clear message. The meticulous editing reflects the dedication and craftsmanship required to bringing this unique truth to public consciousness. The award affirms the film’s ability to engage audiences and industry professionals alike. Incorporating some of Oscar-winning filmmaker Michael Moore’s 13 Rules for Making Documentary Films is an effort to elevate the viewer experience and expand the film’s potential reach.
For me, story is the most vital part of filmmaking. A group of targeted Americans who attended the Hollywood World Premiere felt the impact. Derrick Charles Robinson, President of PACTS International remarked, “It was the first film I've seen that accurately captures the day-to-day struggles and frustrations in the life of a TI. It was a marvelous effort.” Other targeted Americans’ jubilant reaction underscores this is a rare voice defying the odds, premiering at the “most famous theatre in the world” as the Oscar awards set up 200 feet away, emboldening others to spread awareness in the face of electromagnetic torture. One targeted American confessed to crying as she witnessed her own experiences, courageously brought to light through the art of cinematic storytelling.
Draw your attention to the fact there’s no national discussion focused on DEWs or their use in attacks in America, certainly not from sources like politicians, law enforcement or popular media. Why not?
The story built into the documentary is my successful effort to stay away from police as a life policy. Still with no criminal record, the irony is creating a film which displays law enforcement aircraft systematically approaching me.
The Constitutional rights Americans have that protects us from arbitrary attacks from law enforcement, are still cast in the foundation of America, still on the books. The critical importance of expanding the reach of "Predators Don't Like Attention" and triggering a national disruption where Americans of every stature stand on the field and disrupt the devil’s enterprise. The devil doesn’t know when to stop, this film is the message.
The surreal experience of being quietly persecuted via airborne electromagnetic weapons daily even across state lines, this is a lot for anyone to take in during a casual conversation. A feature documentary with moving images, sounds, documents, music and testimony all carefully edited is better suited for the task. Is the subject too unAmerican, too awful, like the Abu Ghraib photos? Maybe. But now Americans are the targets, the girl next door, your barber, your wife, your crew member or you. DEWs don’t just appear. Public servants and representatives approve budgets to equip, train and maintain law enforcement aircraft that target and harm Americans.
Most Americans do not yet know the sensation of being hit with a blast of electromagnetic radiation, but this film has lots of information to share. In conclusion, "Predators Don't Like Attention" stands as a profound alarm. This film is the sound of the bumpy highway shoulder - Wake up! Wake up! Wake up, before you run into something hard.
From adversity, from the darkest experiences, faith and hope has emerged. Here a single film has inspired other targeted Americans to produce a reality series, identify themselves while entertaining and spreading awareness worldwide, adding spotlights and eyes on a horribly wrong turn in our democracy. The film informs the public about situations and symptoms of ongoing targeting in broad daylight and dark morning hours. As Americans sleep, some awaken unknowingly with new symptoms.
On December 13, 2023 two interesting independent uploads occurred: First, the “Official Trailer: Predators Don’t Like Attention” was uploaded; Second, the Los Angeles Times published an article about a first-of-its-kind LA City Controller audit of LAPD helicopters Los Angeles Times: LA City Controller Releases LAPD Helicopter Audit. The auditors say the LAPD were not cooperative in the audit and helicopters spend a lot of time on undocumented activities. The LAPD Chief announced his retirement within a month of the trailer and article release.
This film takes the audacious step to mount a massive pushback on DEWs and spotlight this underreported unconstitutional national crisis. It challenges all who have taken an oath to protect and serve, to uphold the Constitution from adversaries foreign and domestic, to confront this inconvenient truth and cease firing DEWs on Americans.
