Hope you are well. Yesterday, the FCC has approved the merger between Skydance Media and Paramount Global. Earlier this afternoon, there is news that the merger will be complete on or before August 7th, marking the launch of the new Paramount Skydance Corporation. So, there is still time to ask David Ellison and the new Paramount Skydance to replace Alex Kurtzman, JJ Abrams and their respective production companies as Star Trek partners with anyone--whether Terry Matalis or Robert Meyer Burnett or Seth MacFarlane or Mike McMahan or Ronald D. Moore--who understands the IP from the get-go. Together, we'll bring Star Trek back to its roots of exploring strange new worlds; seeking out new life and civilizations; and boldly going where no one has gone before.
