Having a sense of community is crucial for those of us living on our block, yet my neighbor's constant harassment is causing immense stress and unsettling our peaceful neighborhood. Our neighbor’s behavior toward me and my fellow residents is increasingly aggressive, especially concerning parking issues and pet-related matters. My neighbor persistently confronts us—yelling and demanding cars to be moved, even when we're within our rights.
