As people inspired by the deeply personal connection we share through the life and work of our precious Harold, we approach you with this petition. The Newnan Time with Harold theme song, a masterful piece of art, beautifully represents our city's spirit and pride in our most cherished son, Harold. Its adoption as Newnan's Official Song would honor our shared reverence for our city, our Harold, His 'stash, and our love for proper roundabout etiquette. The inclusion of a City Song contributes to cultivating a unique identity and a sense of belonging. Studies fortunately confirm this, showing that cultural elements like a city song enhance civic pride and communal spirit.
