Urge Meta and Mark Zuckerberg to Support Animal Rescue Groups Affected by Facebook Hacks

Urge Meta and Mark Zuckerberg to Support Animal Rescue Groups Affected by Facebook Hacks
The Issue
A Chihuahua rescue group's Facebook page was hacked, and despite spending eight weeks and 200 hours trying to resolve the issue with Meta's support, they received no help. They lost 10,200 followers and a devastating 95% of our donations (Case ID: 1181050742856295). This is not just our story; numerous nonprofits that rely heavily on donations for their operations are facing these nightmares. Depending on Facebook for visibility, community-building, fundraising efforts, and most importantly - saving lives.
Unfortunately, Meta/Facebook support from live persons does not exist. Rescues entangle in a loop of frustration and many quit trying to retrieve their pages because it is taking time away from animal care. This immoral stonewalling the world's largest tech company with $37,000,000,000,000 in revenue.
We urge Mark Zuckerberg and his team at Meta to take immediate action by providing adequate support for nonprofit organizations. Zuckerberg knows his support group sucks so he created a separate employees-only tech support for called Oops - why not extend this level of care toward nonprofits whose pages draw in people to view FB ads?
Please sign this petition if you believe that rescues deserve better treatment from Meta/Facebook when their pages are hacked. Your signature can make a difference in helping us all regain control over our pages so we can concentrate on our mission - rescuing animals in need.
