I am not alone in my nostalgic affection for the Lululemon’s swimsuit line that was prevalent in 2015-2016. The distinctive low-rise, low-waisted designs were not only chic but also suited my comfort level and preference. For the past year, however, Lululemon has discontinued their women's swimwear which has left enthusiasts like me with limited options. In my search for Lululemon bikinis, my path constantly led me to reselling platforms like Ebay or Poshmark. Despite countless attempts, it has been disappointingly hard to find matching bikini top and bottoms there. This scarcity clearly suggests the continuous demand and admiration for these products.

In other words: So far it has been a year that lululemon has not sell women’s swimwear. As I wanted to get a Lululemon bikini, I had no other option but resort to Ebay or Poshmark to look for one. Everytime, when I try to buy on ebay and Amazon, I find that none of the sellers have matching bikini top and bottom. Sellers only have bikini top but no bottom goes with it, or only have particular bottom but no top that goes with it vice versa. Even when the sellers have the particular swimsuit I wanted, none of them are my size, is extremely rare to find. It is frustrating. The only style they have in 2020s are medium rise or high rise and one piece. None of them suit my style. At some point Lululemon are going to ran out of ideas, there’s limit in creativity, Lululemon should bring back the style that they used to make in last decade.

According to a 2020 report, the global swimwear market size is expected to reach USD 28.7 billion by 2025, displaying a substantial growth rate of 6.4% during the forecast period (source: Grand View Research). This vast market potential coupled with Lululemon's reputation for high quality products, makes a compelling case for reviving the swimsuit line.

By discontinuing their swimwear line, Lululemon is missing out on a significant market segment and loyal customers are being left disappointed. We implore Lululemon to listen to the voices of their patrons and reintroduce the loved women's swimsuit line. Consider this petition as a demonstration of consumer interest and a call to act.
