The Issue

I have personally suffered from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) for a decade. Despite rigorous dieting and exercise, maintaining a healthy weight has been an uphill battle due to the relentless nature of this condition. Like many other women, I have found no real solution to this issue that doesn't involve micromanaging every morsel of food I consume.

In my quest for relief, one drug has shown promise - Mounjaro. It is the only medication that has effectively managed my PCOS symptoms and helped me maintain a healthy weight. Unfortunately, it is not yet recognized by the FDA as a viable treatment option for insulin resistance caused by PCOS or as an aid in weight management.

This is why we are petitioning Lilly, the company behind Mounjaro and Zepbound Tirzepatide Injections, as well as Novo Nordisk and their Semaglutide Injections Ozempic and Wegovy to conduct necessary research proving these drugs' significant medical benefits for women suffering from PCOS and insulin resistance.

PCOS affects approximately 10% of women of childbearing age worldwide; it's not just me or you but millions who could potentially benefit from these drugs if they were approved as treatment options (source: World Health Organization).

We need Lilly and Novo Nordisk to take action now - not just for us but also future generations who will inevitably face similar struggles with this condition.

Join us in urging Lilly and Novo Nordisk to invest in research that could change countless lives by signing this petition today!
