Thank you for your support to get Governor Newsome to approve funding for the RISE program.   As of today March 9th, 2026 California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has announced the start of the program to incentivize all electric construction for rebuilding after a natural disaster including wildfires.   The program includes use of the Passive House Standard to illustrate design and construction for all electric living.
