As a born and bred resident of Kansas, I feel a growing concern about the path our state will take. My fellow Kansans and I fear the potential negative impacts from new policies being developed by our current administration. This isn't just about me - it's about our children, our families, our dedication to liberty, and the safety of all Kansans. Given the magnitude of the situation, we urgently request Governor Laura Kelly to host a Town Hall meeting in Crawford County, Kansas. Our motivation is not merely to voice dissent but to gain understanding, engage in constructive dialogue, and be part of the solution. Virtually every decision affects our lives directly: from our ability to thrive in the workplace, to the level of education our children receive, to our ability to live freely and securely. With more than 39,000 residents in Crawford County alone (2019 U.S. Census Bureau), we are a significant fraction of the citizens who make Kansas a vibrant, productive state. We deserve to have our questions answered and our voices heard.
