His health is a critical concern. With no concrete information about his wellbeing, and rumors of possible torturous conditions, it is a dire situation that requires urgent attention. The fact that he has no means of contacting his family, his lawyer, or the Turkish embassy further heightens the level of concern.

We demand that the Turkish government, at the highest level, intervene in ensuring Abdulrahman's safety. We also insist the UAE authorities guarantee his immediate release and safe return to Turkey. This is a plea for respect of human rights, the preservation of a man's life and dignity, and the assurance of communicative rights with his family and legal counsel.
