So I just got back from my walk. I would like to say I’m surprised at this but I’m not. The front vehicle  was driving too slow. Maybe 30 km/h. I guess for the last driver in the row of cars that was way too slow because he sped up his car, went into the bike lanes and I’m betting he went 80 km an hour to get past that first car. This man passed three cars in the bike lane by the time I got my phone out it was too late to even get a picture he was gone. 
So unfortunately we may actually have to wait for someone to die before the city pulls the plug on this one and that’s just ridiculous because everybody can see this is an issue.
