As an owner of a contract at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, I was deeply disappointed when the spa, a major amenity that many of us cherished, closed due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Understandably, Disney had to take necessary precautions to stymie the spread of the virus, including the closure of their resort spas. But since COVID restrictions ended, Disney has opened their spa at the Grand Floridian, yet there seems to be no immediate plan to reopen the spa at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. This has left many fellow owners of this resort feeling shortchanged, as we're not receiving the full benefit of ownership as it was when we purchased.

Disney is renowned for its exceptional customer service, and we believe reopening the spa at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa should be a major part of their ongoing recovery plan from the pandemic. This measure would not only help the resort regain its full functionality, but also serve as a reassurance to the owners that Disney is committed to delivering the value that was promised at the time of purchase. The spa's reinstatement would thus directly contribute to the enjoyment and well-being of a significant number of resort owners.
