Like so many others, I grew up enthralled by Lightning McQueen in the Cars film series. For many young men across the globe, McQueen is not just a character from a movie. He's an embodiment of perseverance, determination, and growth — qualities that many of us strive to instill within ourselves every day. Quite simply, Lightning McQueen resonates with millions because he shows us how to overcome our obstacles and become the best version of ourselves.

As a multinational mass media, entertainment conglomerate, and creator of this beloved character, Disney holds a significant influence on the narrative of global popular culture. The Cars series, in particular, possessed an estimated global box office earnings of $1.2 billion, showcasing its exceptional popularity and wide-reaching impact [source: Statista, 2020]. Hence, by continuing the story with a Cars 4, Disney will not only generate significant revenue but also enrich the lives of so many fans longing to see their favorite character back in action.

I believe that a Cars 4 movie will provide the perfect opportunity to continue teaching valuable life lessons to the next generation. With this petition, we urge Disney to help keep the story of Lightning McQueen alive and produce the fourth installment of the Cars series.
