I am one of the registered applicants in the Jan Sadharan Scheme recently opened by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The purpose of the Jan Sadharan Scheme is to support the community by offering affordable housing to those in need. We, therefore, urge the Delhi Development Authority to:
1. Conduct a thorough audit of the current listings to ensure that each flat's plinth area is accurately represented.
2. Update all applicants immediately with the correct information to prevent any misapprehensions.
3. Implement a transparent review process for future listings to eliminate the possibility of such errors recurring.
4. Offer provisions or compensatory measures for registered applicants who have been disadvantaged due to this misinformation.

These actions are crucial not only to restore the confidence of current applicants but also to uphold the integrity of future housing schemes. We need accountability and transparency to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equitably.
