Urge Congress to Withdraw Funding from Schools Encouraging Anti-Semitism

Urge Congress to Withdraw Funding from Schools Encouraging Anti-Semitism
The Issue
Anti-Semitism is a growing concern in our society, and it's alarming that some educational institutions are fostering environments that support such harmful ideologies. There have been instances where schools have allowed anti-Semitic and genocidal chants to take place. This not only promotes hatred but also undermines the values of tolerance, diversity, and respect that our education system should instill in students.
According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), hate crimes against Jewish people accounted for 60.2% of all religious-based hate crimes in 2019. It's crucial that we address this issue head-on and ensure our schools are safe spaces for all students regardless of their religion or ethnicity. Given recent events, these figures have increased drastically.
In December, the presidents of several universities such as MIT and PENN testified before congress that genocidal chants against Jews are not considered hate speech. Instead, they stated that a genocide must actually take place before they’ll consider these chants to be in violation of their code of conduct. The video of this can be seen here:

It’s time we take our institutions back. It’s times for us to take control over them once and for all. Especially when our funds are being used to fuel them. The time to act is now!
We call on Congress to rescind federal funding from any school found creating an environment supportive of anti-Semitic behavior or genocidal ideologies. By doing so, we can send a clear message that hate speech will not be tolerated in our educational institutions.
Let's stand together against anti-Semitism and bigotry. Sign this petition today to urge Congress to take action against these harmful practices within our schools.
