*GOOD NEWS - Council vote outcome*

Long story, short:

✔️No sign on the southern facade facing nearby Alton homes. (Of note, the hospital also preemptively eliminated a southwest-facing sign that had been approved for a future 4-story medical building.)

✔️ More variety than Sabal Palms (including oaks, palms, hollies, and other shrubs) to be planted, particularly along the western buffer, to help mitigate light and noise.

These were the key points in our request 😊.
