The Greek Salad is a CAVA creation that features Romaine, Arugula, Traditional Hummus, Tzatziki, Grilled Chicken, Crumbled Feta, Persian Cucumber, Tomato + Onion, Kalamata Olives, and Greek Vinaigrette for only $11.55 and comes with a free side of pita. Customers can create their own bowl with a base of grains, greens, or both, a protein, and various toppings, all for the same price.

On April 12th, 2025, Nebraska's National We the People Constitution Competition team had the opportunity to experience Mediterranean food under a different light at the CAVA in Ronald Reagan National Airport on their way back from competing in Washington, D.C. 

Enchanted by the rich flavors of the healthy build-your-own salad bowls and pita wraps, these Nebraskans were quickly left heartbroken upon discovering that the closest CAVA to home is in Overland Park, Kansas.

With a lack of CAVA in both Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska, the nearly 800k inhabitants of the two cities do not get to enjoy the same Chipotle-like Mediterranean experience the We the People team received in Washington, D.C.

But wait! Hope is not lost! CAVA opens dozens of new locations every year, growing from one location to 388 across 27 states in just 15 years! With three of Nebraska's six bordering states receiving their own CAVA locations, we could be next! We just need to show CAVA that we want CAVA!
