This petition is for the NYPD 46th Precinct to give the family some justice and show accountability by releasing the names of the officers who murdered Mike Rosado, a 24 year old Husband, Father, Son and Grandson..

On August 29, 2021 unidentified off duty plain clothed officers murdered Mike Rosado. In an attempt to break up a dispute Mike shot in the air which made the officers react by shooting blindly into the crowd endangering the people outside. Mike dropped the gun and begin to run with his hands up when he was shot. His father, Rafael then picked up the gun and began to shoot back in an attempt to defend his son. They later apprehended him and now they have him on Rikers Island where he is living in inhumane, unsafe and hazardous conditions.
