Chief Goodman was appointed Chief of Police for the City of Upland on July 16, 2018. Since becoming Chief in Upland he has made outstanding improvements to our city. 

Chief Goodman has nearly solved the homeless issues that have plagued Upland, lowered crime rates, created civic partnerships, and engages with our community to allow our voices to be heard and listen to our concerns. He truly cares for this community and the residents within it. 

He has done an outstanding job retaining officers that were planning to quit or transfer out of Upland. New officers that are coming on board are being trained correctly under his experience and guidance to keep us all safe. 

We as hard working, tax paying, city residents cannot standby and allow him to be ousted from our beautiful city that desperately needs his expertise, guidance, and experience due to a corrupt Good ol Boys club trying to oust him over their self serving manipulative agenda!!! If Upland wants to continue to improve and grow in a much needed positive direction we have to standup for the changes we demand! The first thing we can do is STAND UP FOR CHIEF GOODMAN!!! 

Together we shall rise and make our voices heard that Upland City and local community residents DEMAND for Chief Goodman's reinstatement immediately!!!
