Upholding Sporting Integrity – Al Hilal SC vs. CAF & Doping Violations
Upholding Sporting Integrity – Al Hilal SC vs. CAF & Doping Violations
The Issue
⚖️ PETITION: Upholding Sporting Integrity – Al Hilal SC vs. CAF & Doping Violations
Targeted to: * Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) – Lausanne, Switzerland
World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) – Compliance Review Committee
Confederation of African Football (CAF) – Disciplinary Board
[The Petition Text]
We, the undersigned global supporters and stakeholders of Al Hilal SC (Sudan), formally demand an immediate investigation into the grave breaches of sporting integrity during the CAF competitions in March 2026.
📍 Key Grounds for the Petition:
Doping Violation (Ineligible Player): Reports indicate that player Hamza El Moussaoui (Nahdat Berkane) tested positive for a prohibited substance following the match against Pyramids FC. His subsequent participation in the match against Al Hilal SC on March 22, 2026, constitutes a direct violation of WADA Article 7.9. We demand full disclosure of the "Notification Date" and the enforcement of a 3-0 technical loss against the violating club.
Technical Error (Law 13 Violation): The decisive free kick was executed after moving the ball 5.2 meters forward from the original foul position. This illegal displacement deprived the goalkeeper (Fareed) of his legal reaction time and line of sight, representing a "Technical Error" that warrants the voiding of the match result.
Selective VAR Intervention: We demand accountability for the match officials (Blaise Ngwa and Issa Sy) for failing to rectify the blatant displacement of the ball during the execution of the free kick.
📍 Our Demands:
✅ IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION of the semi-final fixtures until the eligibility of Hamza El Moussaoui is legally resolved.
✅ REVERSAL OF RESULT to a 3-0 victory for Al Hilal SC due to the fielding of an ineligible player.
✅ TRANSPARENCY regarding the handling of doping samples and officiating standards within CAF.
