As a voter, the sense of betrayal is profound. Peoples' mandate, our collective voice was hijacked in Pakistan's February 8th 2024 elections. Candidates (backed by Imran Khan) who rightfully won were denied their seats, replaced by others thrusted into power illegally through a sham process and manipulation of public mandate.

Our Collective Demands:

We, the citizens, stand united in our demand for immediate actions to preserve democracy and uphold justice in Pakistan. Our demands are clear and non-negotiable:

1. Immediate Release of Detainees:
   • Immediate and unconditional release of Imran Khan (IK) - Our leader's freedom is non-negotiable.
   • Free Bushra Bibi, IK's wife, and dismiss all baseless charges against her.
   • Release of illegally detained Political Prisoners as part of our commitment towards human rights protection.
   • Free Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chatta, who exposed election rigging in Rawalpindi, and a thorough investigation into his allegations.
2. Uphold Public Mandate of February 8th Elections:
   • Issuance of authentic Form 47 based on Form 45s to reflect the true will of the people.
   • Fair Allocation of Reserved Seats according to the public mandate to the winning party (Imran Khan backed candidates).
3. Resignations & Trials for Constitutional Violations:
   • Resignation of the Election Commissioner for failing to uphold free and fair elections.
   • Resignation of the SC Chief Justice for facilitating election rigging and undermining PTI (6th largest political party in the world).
   • Pursue resignations and Article-6 trials for implicated officials including Kakar, Naqvi, and IGs of Punjab and Sindh for constitutional breaches.
4. Targeted Boycotts:
   • Boycott all military-run businesses.
   • Aim for "Zero" TRPs by boycotting biased mainstream media.
5. Flash Protests & Extended Sit-ins:
   • Organize sit-ins at multiple locations including: i. Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP), Islamabad. ii. Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP)/Islamabad High Court (HC). iii. National Assembly. iv. Punjab Assembly. For sustained action, protests and sit-ins to continue until all demands are fully met. 
   • Conduct strategic traffic disruptions nationwide for one-hour intervals.
6. Engage International Bodies:
   • Support IK's letter to IMF: We call out the unlawful manipulation of our mandate and urge international bodies to insist on its return, in line with public will, before engaging with the illegitimate government lacking public support. 
7. Future Legislative Demands:
   • Implement Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) to prevent fraud.
   • Enact laws to end horse trading and enforce party loyalty with strict penalties for defectors.
   • Ensure voting rights for Overseas Pakistanis.

This petition is more than just words; it's about restoring faith in our democracy, ensuring justice prevails over corruption, and making sure every vote counts as it should.
