Dear Samsung.

I am aware of your update policy and would like to ask you on behalf of myself and many other users to consider upgrading the entire Note 10 series to android 13 with one ui 5 and not just the lite model.

I consider that in other cases where there is not a range of models under the same nomenclature it is logical that they follow their update policy but not in this case since it makes no sense that the basic model despite inferior hardware receives superior firmware which offers a number of features that bring a significant improvement overall to the entire system and its functions.

I hope and wish that you take this petition into consideration, to which are attached the signatures of the hundreds of users who, like me, ask you to reconsider your position regarding the Note 10 series and its updates.
