We, the residents of Bukkan, Tehsil Malakwal, District Mandi Bahauddin, urgently request PTCL to upgrade its outdated internet infrastructure in our town. The existing underground copper cables, installed decades ago, are no longer capable of supporting modern internet speeds, limiting users to a mere 1 Mbps, even on higher-speed plans.

With a population of over 3,000 and approximately 2,000+ internet users, Bukkan is being left behind in the digital era. Many residents have already switched to private wireless providers due to the unreliable PTCL network, leading to significant customer loss for PTCL.

Neighboring towns just 2 km away enjoy speeds of 10+ Mbps due to upgraded infrastructure, while Bukkan remains neglected. We strongly urge PTCL to conduct a survey and install Flash Fiber in our area. This upgrade will not only benefit the residents but also allow PTCL to retain and expand its customer base.
