My children play at Openshaw Park, and like many parents, I worry about their safety and the quality of the facilities available. The playground, once vibrant and welcoming, is now showing signs of wear and neglect. With rusty swings and splintering structures, it poses an increasing risk to all the young ones who, like my children, use it daily for recreation and enjoyment.

Openshaw, a lively community in Manchester, cherishes its public spaces, and Openshaw Park is at the heart of it.
