Hello Community, Residents, Ratepayers and Petition Supporters 

There was a Federal Government  Funding Announcement yesterday to upgrade Major roads in the Area.

$1.9 BILLION INVESTMENT IN WESTERN SYDNEY TRANSPORT 🚨

Today we welcomed the $1.9 billion federal investment boost to our roads and transport, building on hundreds of millions of dollars invested by NSW.

Federal funding includes:
👉 $500 million for Mamre Road Stage 2
👉 $400 million for Elizabeth Drive
👉 $500 million for Richmond Road, Garfield Road and Memorial Avenue
👉 $100 million to deliver new infrastructure for bus services to the Western Sydney International airport

This investment is a game changer, helping deliver overdue precinct roads to meet the needs of our current and future residents.

I have to find the missing $400 million OR maybe it's only supposed to be $1.5 Billion.

Either way there is $100 million to deliver infrastructure for the new bus service (personally I would prefer light rail but beggers can't be choosers) which is planned to go up Fifteenth Ave.

The Mayor of Liverpool was quick to put out a post about this on his FB page and the Liberal Party trolls were quick to bring this issue to my attention by tagging me in comments 15 minutes after the announcement was made on FB (Thank You).

AFTER asking the Mayor of Liverpool a couple of questions on his FB page I was blocked.

I guess that the truth hurts. 

He must not have liked my comments or questions about Fifteenth Ave.

Asking where he has been for years and blocking my efforts to campaign from 3 years ago. 

Pointing out that 15th Ave is a council owned road  and has been fir years.

Asking WHY he didn't lobby the Liberal Party in their 12 years in Government as both the Mayor and Branch President 

BUT he now wants to have a Whinge about receiving federal government funding?

In addition I have sent an email to Nathan Hagarty MP for Leppington asking where things are up to regarding the design and planning work that he organised funding for in the NSW State Budget.

Having been involved in campaigns for the Multi Level carparks, primary and High schools since March 2018 I know these projects take time.

We should be Grateful for the funding provided as it's a lot more money than the Former Federal or State Governments provided
