On the 3rd April I emailed the Mayor of Liverpool after reading about the issue of potholes yet again in the Austral Community FB Group

And asked WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE DAILY PATROLS IN AUSTRAL ?
In December 2022 an announcement was made made that Liverpool Council was instituting daily patrols of Austral.
"Liverpool City Council is instituting daily patrols of Austral commencing today, to address road problems, construction management and illegal dumping.
Mayor Ned Mannoun said that this demonstrates his commitment to the community around building a better Austral via the establishment of the Austral Delivery Unit."
UNANSWERED QUESTIONS THAT THE LIVERPOOL CEO CONSIDERS "UNREASONABLE".
Could you please specifically advise what action has been taken and what the results are?
1) How many daily patrols have been carried out from the 7th December 2022 and 31st March 2023?
2) How many roads have been inspected from the 7th December 2022 until the 31st March 2023?
3) Please provide a list of the roads inspected and the problems identified on each of those roads.
4) Please provide a list of issues regarding construction management issues identified during the period 7th December 2022 to 31st March 2023 in the Austral area.
5) Please provide a list of rubbish dumping issues identified in the Austral area during the period 7th December 2022 and 31st March 2023.
On the 12th Arpil 2023, I received a reply from the Liverpool Council CEO saying that my request was not reasonable.
WHY WON'T THE MAYOR AND CEO OF LIVERPOOL COUNCIL ANSWER 5 simple questions about an initiative that they announced?
WHAT DOES LIVERPOOL COUNCIL HAVE TO HIDE BY NOT ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS?
