Thanks to Scott for speaking out, and The Express for raising awareness of these issues in this excellent article. Holiday fines make up most of the penalties - but are not the whole story. Why are disabled families being put in this position at all?

The simple truth - and injustice - is that this scenario can keep happening while the government refuses to acknowledge it is an issue.
