We're writing to let you know of a special event taking place next week concerning attendance fines for parents.

The fantastic and influential social enterprise Square Peg led by Ellie Costello is co-hosting a single-day conference all about fines for non-school attendance - or the single justice procedure - at Garden Court Chambers in London on Thursday, May 23rd. 

The event will bring together parents and families, lawyers and government and policy leaders, to hear first-hand experiences of fines for children 'Not Fine In School' and views from across the legal and government system. There will be panel discussions, including parents who have experienced fines, and representation from Not Fine In School - questions and answers and the opportunity to gather together for networking and discussions.
