🛡️ Who’s at Risk?
Every American. The Communist Control Act of 1954 (50 U.S. Code §§ 841–844) was built for a Cold War threat. Today, it’s still active, but obsolete. Extremist groups, foreign influence operations, and unconstitutional ideologies exploit its blind spots—leaving citizens exposed and law enforcement powerless within constitutional bounds.

⚠️ What’s at Stake?
This law once barred Communists from public office. It’s still active—but ignored. Now, Socialists hold office. Communists run campaigns. The legal firewall is crumbling.

If left unchanged, we risk relying on outdated statutes that fail to reflect modern threats. That gap invites abuse, inaction, and erosion of national security.

🔧 What We’re Doing
We’ve drafted legislative updates for Congressional/DOJ review, with modern definitions, constitutional safeguards, and clear boundaries. Our revisions:

• Address 1st and 5th Amendment concerns
• Define what qualifies as subversion—not belief, but conspiratorial action
• Reaffirm that public service demands allegiance to the Constitution

This Act won’t punish thought. It will draw a line—between liberty and sabotage, dissent and destruction.

⏰ Why Now?
Extremist ideologies are spreading—online, in schools, and on ballots. Violence grows. Legal ambiguity stalls response.

This petition urges DOJ and Congress to act before outdated laws become liabilities. We must modernize our defenses—without compromising the freedoms they protect.
