The Board of Education is going to vote on their revisions to Policy 443 next week, and we have to tell you, it's pretty bad.

As this article explains, very little has changed:

• Boys can still play on girls sports teams
• Teachers will be encouraged (but not required) to use students' preferred pronouns.
• There is no requirement to inform parents or seek their permission
• Anyone can enter anyone else's locker rooms, bathrooms and changing areas

The decision will be made on November 5 at 6 p.m. at Board of Education headquarters at 191 S. East Street, Frederick, MD.  We hope you'll join us.
