After 16 months of fighting for answers about serious building and safety violations — and after exhausting every official channel from Orange County, to the Florida DBPR, to state and federal elected officials — the full report is finally public.
When critical documents like the Certificate of Occupancy and Notice of Commencement are treated as optional, public safety is no longer protected.
If the system won't enforce its own rules, it’s only a matter of time before we see another Surfside-like disaster — especially in one of the fastest growing metro areas in the United States.
Enough is enough. Public safety must come first.
