SECOND COMMUNITY MEETING -  "DEAL LAKE" NOW KNOWN AS "EAGLE CROSSING"

Toll Brothers recently submitted major changes to their original development plan "Deal Lake" to Weddington's town planner. 

The Town of Weddington requested Toll Brothers schedule a second community meeting to reflect the new changes.

The potential for Toll Brothers to circle back around to their community wastewater treatment plant development proposal is still a possibility if they find the land doesn't perc for the density of homes they have planned.
