Dear Supporters,  

Please attend this Wednesday, December 18 Planning Board Meeting, 7 pm, Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road.  

Toll Brothers will be presenting their updated plans for “Deal Lake” before Weddington’s Planning Board.

If recommended by the Planning Board, Toll Brothers will advance to Weddington’s Town Council for a vote, possibly next month.

Toll Brothers updated plan is incomplete and there are many unknowns regarding septic, stormwater and the protection of our neighborhood lakes, groundwater, the environment and Weddington’s bald eagles. 

Please share this petition to get the word out, as if approved, it could set a negative precedent in how Weddington developers handles wastewater in the future for land that doesn’t perc.

Aero Plantation continues to feel vulnerable to the impacts Toll Brothers updated development plans could have on our neighborhood and our town. 

We understand it’s the holidays and everyone is very busy, but we hope you can attend Wednesday, December 18 Planning Board Meeting at 7:00 pm.
