COMMUNITY MEETING

Toll Brothers will be giving a presentation of their proposed development "Deal Lake", zoned RCD with 93 homes. A "community wastewater treatment plant with sanitary disposal field " is proposed to service the 93 homes and is listed on the sketch map on the town's website.

We have been told the community meeting will be an informal setting allowing Weddington residents to ask questions and express their concerns regarding this proposed development.

There is not a time limit on how long you can speak.

We've been told there isn't a sign up sheet for speaking, please raise your hand if you have a question or would like to express a concern.

All questions and concerns shared at the community meeting will be noted and compiled and delivered to the planning board for further review once Toll Brothers submits their application for review.

Please continue to share our petition with your friends and family in Weddington as we want to send a strong message that Weddington residents are in opposition of this proposed development with a "community wastewater treatment plant with sanitary disposal fields".

If approved, it could set a precedent for future community wastewater treatment systems around Weddington!

NO DEAL!

We look forward to seeing you all at the community meeting!

Thank you for your continued support!
