A community wastewater system, servicing 93 homes, is sited within 200 feet of neighboring Aero Plantation's lake and an active eagles nest with a young eaglet. 

Risking public health over developer profits is wrong!

If approved this could set a precedent for community wastewater treatment systems around Weddington! 

*Toll Brothers' attorney mailed out an invitation letter to some adjacent Weddington residents and the Town Of Weddington posted a copy of this letter as notice on their website. You DO NOT have to RSVP to Toll Brothers law firm in order to attend this public meeting!
