Masked ICE agents operate without identification, warrants or accountability.  They take our neighbors from the streets, jobs, and schools in unmarked vehicles, while refusing to identify themselves and wearing street clothes, balaclavas and masks.  This is un-American.  Besides the fear and trauma of an unaccountable para military, we are all unsafe when criminals dress like ICE to commit crimes. There are bills pending in CA, NY, and MA to require that ICE agents be clearly identified and operate without masks during arrests.  We, the undersigned, want our Maryland legislature to introduce and pass these same protections. We also demand that our federal delegation cosponsor HB 4004 and SB 2212- federal bills to unmask ICE.
