 After Greetings

 - Everyone sees the comprehensive development that you have presented in all aspects and areas of work in our beloved Egypt, and everyone is witnessing the competence and dedication to work and the tangible progress on the land of Egypt.

 - And as a continuation of the important role adopted by His Excellency Mr. President / Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, in terms of supporting youth, raising the competencies of all state agencies, transforming the state and all its service institutions from the old paper system to the modern digital system, and keeping pace with the world in the development and introduction of modern technology in all services provided by the state.  And the digital transformation that the world is currently witnessing.

 - As it is clear to everyone, the state's plan is to attract more investments, encourage foreign investors, and provide an appropriate and suitable work environment so that the investor can work comfortably and support domestic and foreign tourism, the development of which the state fully adopts, the size of construction, and smart new cities that have replaced old and random cities and regions.

 - It is no secret to you that everything I mentioned previously needs development in the world of digital communication, which has become an irreplaceable fait accompli in achieving the full success of all development and investment projects.

 In addition, the citizen has the full right to enjoy all the technological and digital services provided by you through the Digital Egypt portal - the ministries' websites - and the complaints portal.

 and traffic services.

 And making it easier for the citizen to benefit from the digital and technological services provided by the state and automating all services so that life becomes easier and more organized.  And in support of the youth, who are the main pillar in the pyramid of development and the largest player in it, and who are currently heading towards learning and acquiring more developmental skills through the digital world and the Internet, so that they can play their main role in the development ladder that your Excellency laid the pillars of.

 - We also see your clear efforts in the national project (a decent life), which aims to alleviate the burden of citizens in the most needy communities in the countryside and slums in Egypt.

 * And we believe in the role of every individual, young or old, in providing a helping hand and contributing to the development of our country. It is no secret to you that all these achievements require strong support in internet and communication services.

 And we see that the treatment of the four companies (Wei - Etisalat - Vodafone - Orange) deals in this regard with the principle of monopoly and exaggeration in prices against the citizen.  And in a world where everyone lives as if in a small village, we see many other countries (less than us) enjoying an unlimited world of the Internet and free of monopoly.

 - In order to ease the burden of the citizen, who has the right to enjoy unlimited and non-monopolized Internet services at fair prices, as we entrusted you with the abolition of the monopoly policy completely.

 - So that everyone can follow the development that the world is currently witnessing.  And to achieve more facilities for every owner of a facility or individual to communicate in an easier and faster manner and at fair prices that do not involve exaggeration or monopoly.

 We want you to reconsider the pricing of services with the existing telecom companies and provide unlimited Internet capacities, and the price controller is the speed of the service and not the volume of data used.  Thank you very much.

- الجميع يرى ما قدمتموه سيادتكم من تطور شامل بكل نواحي ، ومجالات العمل بمصرنا الحبيبة ويشهد القاصي والداني على الكفاءة والتفاني في العمل والتقدم الملموس على ارض مصر .

- واستكمالا للدور الهام الذى تبناه فخامة السيد الرئيس / عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية من دعم للشباب ورفع كفاءات كل اجهزة الدولة وتحويل الدولة وكامل مؤسساتها الخدمية من النظام الورقي القديم الى النظام الرقمي الحديث، ومواكبة العالم في التطوير وادخال التكنولوجيا الحديثة في كل الخدمات التي تقدمها الدولة والتحول الرقمي الذي يشهده العالم حاليا.

- وكما هو واضح للجميع خطة الدولة نحو جذب مزيد من الاستثمارات وتشجيع المستثمر الاجنبي وتوفير بيئة عمل مناسبة وملائمة حتى يتثنى للمستثمر العمل بأريحية ودعما للسياحة الداخلية والخارجية والتي تتبنى الدولة تطويرها بشكل كامل وحجم الانشاءات والمدن الجديدة الذكية التي حلت بديلا للمدن والمناطق القديمة والعشوائية.

- ولا يخفى على سيادتكم ان كل ما ذكرته سابقا يحتاج الى تطوير في عالم التواصل الرقمي الذي أصبح امرا واقعا لا بديل عنه في تحقيق النجاح الكامل لكل مشاريع التطوير والاستثمار.

كما أن للمواطن الحق الكامل في التمتع بكافة الخدمات التكنولوجية والرقمية التي تقدم من سيادتكم عبر بوابة مصر الرقمية - ومواقع الوزرات - وبوابة الشكاوي

والخدمات المرورية.

والتسهيل على المواطن في الاستفادة من الخدمات الرقمية والتكنولوجية التي تقدمها الدولة وميكنة كل الخدمات حتى تصبح الحياة اكثر سهولة وتنظيم. ودعما للشباب الذى هو العامود الرئيسي في هرم التطوير والضلع الاكبر فيها ، والذى يتجه حاليا الى التعلم وكسب المزيد من المهارات التنموية عبر العالم الرقمي والانترنت حتى يقوم بدوره الرئيسي في سلم التطوير الذي أرسي أعمدته سيادتكم.

- كما نرى مجهود سيادتكم الواضح في المشروع القومي ) حياة كريمة ) الذي يهدف الى التخفيف عن كاهل المواطنين بالمجتمعات الاكثر احتياجا في الريف والمناطق العشوائية في مصر.

* وايمانا منا بدور كل فرد صغيرا كان او كبيرا في تقديم يد العون والمساهمة في تطوير بلدنا ولا يخفى على سيادتكم سرا أن كل هذه الانجازات تتطلب دعما قويا في خدمات الانترنت والاتصال

واننا نري ان معاملة الشركات الاربع وى) - اتصالات - فودافون - اورانج ) تتعامل في هذا الشأن بمبدأ الاحتكار والغلو في الاسعار على المواطن. وفي عالم أصبح الجميع يعيش كأنه في قرية صغيرة ف اننا نري دول أخرى كثيرة (أقل منا شأنا تتمتع بعالم لامحدود من الانترنت وخالي من الاحتكار.

- وتخفيفا من على كاهل المواطن الذى من حقه أن يتمتع ب خدمات انترنت غير محدودة وغير محتكرة وبأسعار عادلة, كما عهدنا من سيادتكم بإلغاء سياسة الاحتكار تماما

- حتى يتثنى للجميع ملاحقة التطوير الذي يشهده العالم حاليا. وتحقيق مزيد من التسهيلات على كل صاحب منشأة او فرد في التواصل بشكل أسهل وأسرع وبأسعر عادلة ليس) فيها مغالاة ولا احتكار).

ف اننا نريد من سيادتكم اعادة النظر في تسعير الخدمات مع شركات الاتصالات الاريع الموجودة حاليا وتوفير سعات انترنت غير محدودة ويكون المتحكم في الاسعار هو سرعة الخدمة وليس حجم البيانات المستخدمة. لسيادتكم جزيل الشكر.
